1. General Grab&Go operates as a cross-border sourcing and shopping platform, connecting customers with products from trusted international suppliers. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Grab&Go reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

4. Returns & After-Sales All after-sales claims are governed by our After-Sales Policy. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Grab&Go acts as a coordination platform and is not directly responsible for product defects or shipping damage.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Grab&Go and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Grab&Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products purchased through it.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
